Morning Green Detox Juice

A powerful juice to start the day and help cleanse the body.

Ingredients:

1 large kale leaf
1/2 cucumber
1 green apple
1 small piece of ginger (about 2 cm)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
200ml coconut water

Preparation:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop the kale, cucumber, apple, and ginger into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain if desired (but ideally, consume with the fiber) and drink immediately.
