Ingredients:
1 large kale leaf
1/2 cucumber
1 green apple
1 small piece of ginger (about 2 cm)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
200ml coconut water
Preparation:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop the kale, cucumber, apple, and ginger into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain if desired (but ideally, consume with the fiber) and drink immediately.
