2 salmon fillets (about 150-180g each)
1 bunch of fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Prepare the Salmon and Asparagus: Place the salmon fillets and
    asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season the salmon and asparagus
    with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the salmon and asparagus are well coated.
  3. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-18 minutes,
    depending on the thickness of the salmon and your preferred doneness. The asparagus should be tender but still crisp.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
