Avocado Chicken Wrap

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked or grilled chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup chopped lettuce (romaine or spinach works great)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (or hummus as an alternative)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the tortillas.
  4. Add the chicken, tomato, and lettuce.
  5. Roll up the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve.
