A light and refreshing dressing to add a special touch to your salads.
Ingredients:
1 container (170g) of nonfat plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, and olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Serve immediately over your favorite salad or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
