Lemon and Mint Yogurt Dressing

A light and refreshing dressing to add a special touch to your salads.

Ingredients:

1 container (170g) of nonfat plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, and olive oil.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Serve immediately over your favorite salad or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
