Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup pitted and chopped dates
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the bananas. Add the oats, dates, oil, and vanilla. Mix well and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Using a teaspoon, scoop out small portions of the dough and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
